This donation based pre-recorded 30 minute workshop teaches the everyday person, regardless of gender or experience level, how to take care of the postpartum person in their life. Why? Because we are all responsible for the well being of postpartum mothers and our future generations! Ready to play a part in your communities long term well being?
I’m a radical thinking postpartum doula of 7 years, somatic guide, mother, marketer and entrepreneur passionate about women, mothers, and families living the life they want to live, a life that feels truly good to them. Unapologetically! I believe this starts with receiving support, drawing out inner wisdom, building reciprocal communities, and finding presence in the body. These roots are where all of my offerings stem from.
